If you'd like to make your own Hollie to enjoy as a decoration or as part of the "Every bird sings it's own song" community project, the pattern is below:
What you need:
Wings/Beak/Tail: Scheepjes Colour Crafter Velvet – Gable [pink]
Crochet Hook: 3mm
Needle, scissors, stitch marker
Abbreviations:

dc - double crochet
tr - treble
st - stitch
ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
dec - decrease
inc - increase
Right Wing
Magic circle, dc 6.
Rd 1: *(inc dc) repeat from * 6 times. (12)
Rd 2: *(inc dc, 1 dc) repeat from * 6 times (18)
With RS facing, chain 5. Turn. Dc in 2nd chain from hook, dc in next 3 sts. Sl st into next st of circle. (working anti-clockwise on circle.)
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 4 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 5 sts. Sl st into next st of circle.
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 6 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 7 sts. Sl st into next st of circle.
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 8 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 9 sts. Sl st into next 2 sts of circle.
Tie off, leaving a long tail for attaching to body.
Attach darker yarn [red] and work a crab stitch border around the top half of the wing, working from circle to the end of the wing. (21). If you want to add a longer feather, ch 2 before tying off and weaving in ends.
Left Wing
Magic circle, dc 6.
Rd 1: *(inc dc) repeat from * 6 times. (12)
Rd 2: *(inc dc, 1 dc) repeat from * 6 times (18)
Sl st anticlockwise into circle, turn. with WS facing, chain 5. Turn. Dc in 2nd chain from hook, dc in next 3 sts. Sl st into next st of circle. (working anti-clockwise on circle – WS facing.)
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 4 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 5 sts. Sl st into next st of circle.
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 6 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 7 sts. Sl st into next st of circle.
Turn
Ch 1, dc in next 8 sts, ch 3, turn, dc in 2nd ch from hook, dc in next 9 sts. Sl st into next 2 sts of circle.
Tie off, leaving a long tail for attaching to body.
Attach darker yarn [red] and work a crab stitch border around the top half of the wing, working from the outer feather towards the circle. (21). If you want to add a longer feather, ch 2 before tying off and weaving in ends.

Row 4: ch 1, dc in same st, dc 3, inc 1, (7) turn

Join new colour [pink]
Row 6: ch 1, [counts as first dc] dc 8 (9) turn
Row 7: ch 1, tr 3 in next st, sl st, sk next st, tr 3 in next st,sl st, sk next st, tr 3, sl st.
Tie off and weave in loose ends.
Beak
Surface crochet 3 st in a triangle shape, dc 2 on top of surface crochet, tie off and weave in ends.
Attach wings to body.
